Food for the discerning palate

Ruths Hotel offers sublime gastronomic experiences. We, as well as our guests, are fortunate that the internationally acclaimed chef, Michel Michaud, is at the helm of the hotel’s kitchen. Michaud’s previous experience includes being a chef at Fasled Kro and Kong Hans. He has for decades been known as one of the French gourmet chefs who has had particular success in catering to the country’s most discerning palates. In May 2008, Michel Michaud received the French Order of Merit in a ceremony at the French Embassy, for his contribution to gastronomy. See the pictures here.

When twilight descends over Gl. Skagen, Michel Michaud takes his place in the kitchen at Ruths Gourmet, where together with his skilled staff he serves exquisite starters, original main courses, delicious desserts and fine wine lists.
