Our gourmet restaurant delivers a consistently high level, both in terms of gastronomy and service.
Ruths Brasserie is our classic brasserie, where the tempo is high with constant focus on delivering
the quality experience that guests expect. In Ruths Brasserie there is full house every weekend all
year round. In the summer season our iconic terrace is in addition exceptionally busy.
Ruths Hotel employs around 45 people on a year-round basis, and in the month of
July we are close to 100 employees, many of whom return year after year.
We are looking for dedicated chefs who are highly motivated to take the gastronomic experience to a new level.
We are looking for a dessert chef at Okê and as a pastry chef for the busy Ruth's Brasserie.
