Baker at Ruths Hotel

Ruths Hotel is looking for assistance at our newly started bakery department, which daily supplies the hotel's breakfast and morning bread sale with freshly baked bread, cake, etc. You will also be part of the team at our gourmet restaurant Okê and our busy French-inspired brasserie.

As part of our baking team, you will be involved in production as well as the process of developing our range of baked goods. That being the classic as well as sourdough bakery and new trends. Our bakery department is located in the Strandhotellet's newly established bakery with new Italian stone ovens and equipment of the highest quality.

We expect you to be:

  • Positive, happy and open
  • Used to being busy
  • Is quality couscous
  • Experienced with professional baking

We offer salaries according to qualifications, fixed shift schedule and orderly working conditions. Overtime is paid or time off.

Accession as soon as possible and we can offer 3 months temporary staff accommodation.
