Allergy Certification
As the first hotel in Denmark, Ruths Hotel was allergy certified on 1 December 2009 and thereby received the stamp of approval by ECARF (European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation).
As a guest of the hotel, you stay in a hotel situated in beautiful surroundings close to the beach, salt water and sea air. All rooms, apartments and houses are decorated with wooden floors. It is not allowed to bring pets and most of the rooms are non-smoking.
We have automatic ventilation in most of the bathrooms and all of the rooms and apartments have windows and patio doors in town-house style, all of which can be opened if necessary.
Most rooms and apartments also have access to a patio or balcony and the terrain around the hotels is mainly lyme grass and dog rose bushes. Rooms and apartments can also be fitted with allergy tested bedding, depending on the guest's requirements.
Our breakfast buffet has a large and varied selection of everything from fruit to home-made marmalade, and all the rolls, bread and pastries are from our own bakery.
In the restaurants, there is always an opportunity to enjoy a nice meal, whether you want lunch, dinner or a large gourmet menu, and if there are special needs and considerations to be made, our staff are available and happy to help.
In the hotel's wellness department, we have a wide range of treatments and many of the products we use are organic.
