There is a 14- day right of return policy on goods, calculated from the day they are received or from the day you receive the order confirmation, if you receive this after the goods. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it.
Cancellation may also occur by declining to accept the goods or by returning the goods personally to Ruths Hotel. When the item is received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.
