Our Wellness Month stay at Ruths is an invitation to slow down, connect with nature and make space for both body and mind.

With the peaceful surroundings of Gl. Skagen enjoy a few days dedicated to movement, wellware and time for yourself.

Your stay begins in the realxing surroundings of the hotel, with the day ending with a sunset meditation. On the following days, start your morning with a sauna and a sea swim before enjoying our breakfast with freshly baked bread, freshly brewed coffee and a peaceful start to the day.

Throughout your stay, Reformer and Yin Yoga sessions are led by skilled instructors from Skagen Yoga & Reformer. Reformer offers movement and strength, while Yin Yoga invites you to slow down, unwind and settle into long, relaxing stretches. You can choose to take part in both activities or simply select the one that suits you best. All activities are suitable for all levels, and no previous experience is required.

Between the scheduled sessions, a variety of activities focusing on health and wellbeing will take place throughout the stay.

A stay for those looking to take a break from everyday life and make time for movement, nature and reflection.

This stay can be booked from Sunday to Thurseday throughout November 2026

Daily package at Skagen Yoga & Reformer:
- 1-hour Reformer session from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
- 1-hour Yin Yoga session from 12:00–1:00 PM
Sunsetmeditation at 3:30 PM, including on the day of arrival

Access to Ruths Wellness from 7:00 AM–10:00 PM
(on both the day of arrival and departure)

We offer bicycle rental during your stay. Explore the area on two wheels, from peaceful rides along the coast to scenic routes through nature.
