Job Description
As a bartender at Ruths Hotel, you will be a key member of our team. You’ll be serving in both the fireplace lounge and on the terrace – from classic cocktails and a carefully curated wine selection to coffee, digestifs, and signature drinks. With your professionalism and presence, you help ensure that every guest enjoys a tasteful and memorable experience. You create a welcoming atmosphere and work with structure and precision, even during busy periods.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
- Participating in the development of the beverage menu and guest experience
