After breakfast served in your room, a truly special afternoon is ahead. You will be driven from Ruths Hotel to the harbor of Skagen, where the old fishing boat Oke is ready and waiting. Onboard, Executive Head Chef Jack Cramer welcomes you for a voyage on the Skagerrak.

While at sea, snacks and beverages are served. If the sea tempts you, you are welcome to try your hand with a fishing rod, while Jack shares stories and the philosophy that forms the foundation of Okê’s kitchen. An experience where you can feel and understand the unique interplay between nature’s ingredients and the precision of gastronomy. The afternoon at sea culminates in an evening at restaurant Okê. Here, the season’s signature menu awaits — composed with deep respect for the ingredients you’ve just become more familiar with.
