Your role
As Event Coordinator, you are the link between the guest and the entire house—from the first inquiry until the last napkin is placed perfectly on the table. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, conferences, banquets, and events—large and small.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and private functions
- Maintain close contact with guests, colleagues, and partners
- Collaborate with the kitchen, restaurant, and reception on all details
- Contribute to the development of new concepts and experiences
- Lead the planning and execution of the hotel’s own events and initiatives
