We are therefore looking for a skilled and responsible technical employee for a full-time position, who will help ensure that the hotel’s buildings, rooms, and outdoor areas are always well maintained, fully functional, and aligned with our high standards.
You will become part of a small, dedicated technical team and take on a central role in the daily operations. The position requires technical understanding, practical skills, and the ability to take responsibility – even when the pace is high.
Your primary tasks
- Ongoing maintenance of the hotel’s buildings, rooms, and outdoor areas
- Minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
- Painting and gardening work
- Technical support, troubleshooting, and follow-up on the hotel’s facilities
We imagine that you
- Have a trade background or solid experience with technical maintenance
- Work in a structured and independent manner, with an eye for quality
- Are flexible and understand the importance of responding quickly in urgent situations
- Thrive in a varied role with a high level of ambition – all year round
Practical information
- The position is a year-round, full-time role with flexible working hours.
- July is high season, and vacation cannot be taken during this month.
- Weekend work (Saturdays) should be expected and will be shared within the team.
