The celebration of midsummer culminates each year with Sankt Hans Evening at Ruths Hotel

The evening begins with welcome drinks in the fireplace lounge, followed by an extraordinary culinary midsummer experience in Okê and Dagmarsalen. The starter and main course are enjoyed before we head together to the beach and bonfire at Solnedgangspladsen. Here, as tradition dictates, the bonfire speech is held, the fire is lit, and the Midsummer song is sung. The evening concludes back at the hotel with dessert, coffee, and petit fours.
