Your tasks
- You will be a central part of the hotel’s daily life.
- Welcoming guests with calm, presence, and confidence.
- Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out.
- Handling phone and written enquiries with warmth and precision.
- Guiding guests to the best experiences at the hotel and in the local area.
- Coordinating and following up on meetings, conferences, and events.
- Working closely with the restaurant, kitchen, housekeeping, and technical teams.
- Ensuring that details, timing, and communication come together seamlessly.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a natural sense of hospitality and enjoys working with people.
- Is curious, asks questions, learns, observes, and grows wiser every day.
- Works in a structured way and maintains an overview when the pace increases.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with both guests and colleagues.
- Has an eye for the small details that make a big difference.
- Takes responsibility and enjoys making things succeed together with others.
Your professional profile
- Experience from a hotel, reception, conference, or high-level service role.
- Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English.
- Strong system understanding and thrives in a busy, varied workday.
- Meets guests with both professionalism and personality.
