A Tribute to Burgundy

For many of our guests, wines from Burgundy are the preferred choice – and with good reason. The region is renowned for its finesse, craftsmanship, and its remarkable ability to express grape, terroir, and vintage with great precision.

On Wednesday, February 18 (during the winter holiday), we invite you to an atmospheric Burgundy wine tasting, where our Restaurant Manager, Jacob Lauridsen, will guide you through a selection of wines from the region. The tasting begins at 3:30 pm and offers an insightful and engaging introduction to each wine and its distinctive character.

Throughout the afternoon, Jacob will put words to the wines’ origin, style, and character, with particular focus on the carefully curated selection chosen specifically for this tasting. The event is suitable for both the curious wine lover and the more experienced Burgundy enthusiast wishing to delve deeper into the region’s expressions and nuances.
