An Evening in the Hands of Our Apprentices – Where Flavour and Craftsmanship Take Centre Stage

It will be a truly special evening at Ruths Hotel as our dedicated apprentices put their personal mark on the entire experience – both in the kitchen and in the restaurant. Our dear apprentices are soon to be fully trained, and it shows. With professional pride and great care, each chef apprentice has created their own dish, coming together to form a cohesive menu full of personality and flavour.

Meanwhile, the waiter apprentices have carefully selected the wines to match each dish with precision – completing an evening where every detail speaks for itself. Naturally, the entire experience is offered at a special apprentice rate.

 

Thursday 9 October at 6:00 PM, we invite you to a truly special evening where our chef and waiter apprentices get the chance to fully unfold their talents. On this night, they are in charge of it all – from composing and plating the menu to selecting the wines and serving each course. It’s their own ideas, taste, and professional pride that set the tone.
