An evening dedicated to gastronomy with a book release at Ruths Hotel
On Wednesday, October 29, we open our doors to a truly special evening dedicated to gastronomy. In celebration of the release of the book Stjernestunder i Nordjylland, we invite you to an exclusive Four Hands Dinner, where our own Jack Cramer will be in the kitchen alongside Michelin-starred chef Søren Birch from Restaurant Alimentum.
The book highlights 22 of Northern Jutland’s most renowned restaurants, and we are proud and honored to be featured side by side with Alimentum, which has just received its first Michelin star.
For this unique evening, Jack and Søren will each present 10 courses – a culinary journey designed to surprise, impress, and delight. Created in the dynamic interplay between two chefs’ creativity and passion.
The price for this exclusive evening includes a copy of Stjernestunder i Nordjylland, which you will of course take home as a memory of the night.
