On Friday, 14 November at 6:00 PM, we invite you to a truly special evening at Ruths Hotel, where the finest ingredients of the hunting season take centre stage. In close collaboration, Rune from Rævhede and Jack Cramer welcome you to this year’s exclusive wild game dinner – a celebration of nature’s bounty and skilled craftsmanship.
The evening begins with a carefully composed menu, showcasing wild game and seasonal delicacies at their best. Rune and Jack will take you behind the scenes, sharing their passion for ingredients, hunting, and flavour. Expect a dinner filled with presence, storytelling, and culinary experiences – all rooted in a deep respect for quality from field to table.
