Ruths Hotel provides a 2-years warranty under the Sale of Goods Act with regard to shortcomings identified during the normal use of the product. The right to seek redress for a defective product does not cover defects, damage or wear that is directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects must be submitted to Ruths Hotel within a reasonable time after the fault or defect was discovered or should have been discovered. In connection with complaints, Ruths Hotel will bear the shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Product return also takes place to this address. Please note that we do not accept packages sent COD. It is not a requirement, but your case will be expedited more efficiently if full information accompanies the package, e.g. a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which reimbursement may occur, copies of any previous correspondence, etc.

Refunds
In the case of any agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, there will be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds will almost always be by bank transfer, and Ruths Hotel therefore needs information on the registration and account number for your bank account.
